Service experience was very positive. From scheduling to the automated updates, I was well informed. Service men arrived right on time. They were professional, articulate and very pleasant. They thoroughly checked everything on a leaking dishwasher, explained what most likely happened and offered solutions to prevent it from happening in the future. We just don’t experience service at this high level anymore.
